To manage your “3-Life Survival” and “Tiered Progression,” we track:

  • Game Progress: Levels completed (Tiers 1-3), high scores, and unlocked boosters.
  • Economy Data: Virtual coin balance and usage of “Daily Free Rewards.”
  • Interaction Data: Tap frequency and “Combo Multipliers” to detect bugs or gameplay imbalances.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

BubPop utilizes third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits) to provide essential functions. These third parties may collect, store, and process your data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services: Used for leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saving.
  • AdMob / Unity Ads: Used to provide “Lucky Ads” for continues and rewarded boosters. These providers use your Advertising ID to serve relevant ads.
  • Firebase / Google Analytics: Used to monitor crash reports and “Rainbow Gem” or “Gravity Gem” triggers to ensure the game doesn’t lag or crash.

4. Detailed Data Usage

We use the collected data for the following specific reasons:

  • To Save Progress: Storing your high scores and 100-level progression.
  • To Personalize Ads: Showing ads that are relevant to your interests.
  • To Improve Performance: Analyzing “Dizzy Gem” or “Freeze Power-up” effects to ensure they run smoothly on all devices.
  • To Prevent Fraud: Ensuring that “Daily Free Rewards” and “Challenge Rewards” are claimed fairly.

5. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your data in the following circumstances:

BubPop is designed for a general audience. We do not specifically target children under the age of 13.

  • If you are a parent and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
  • We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will delete any data found to be collected from a minor without parental consent.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA
